Introduction to Qimingtang: Qimingtang is located on the west side of Lotus Pond and is the most majestic temple beside Lotus Pond. The temple, also known as the Wu Temple, was founded in the 25th year of Guangxu's reign. The temple is magnificent, with carved beams and painted pillars, and is very oriental. In the early days, the hall was dedicated to Guan Yu of the Shu Han Dynasty. Later, it was dedicated to Confucius and Guan Gong, the two civil and military saints. It was also dedicated to the national hero Yue Wumu and Zheng Chenggong, the king of Yanping County in Kaitai.
