The building is a two-story building with a beamed brick and wood structure, and a circular corridor upstairs. , the guardrails are exquisite and the carvings are ingenious. Huang Zongwu, the owner of the Huang Family House, was engaged in the timber business in Wuyuan and other places when he was young. After having a certain amount of savings, he returned to the old street to settle down. In the late Qing Dynasty, he built this house to honor his ancestors. In the early days of the Republic of China, his son Huang Zhicheng founded a teahouse, and the teahouse business name was "Manjiang Village". People in the old streets of Kongcheng had the custom of going to teahouses. If there were disputes between neighbors, they would come here to complain and mediate with the tea drinkers, knowing that the party with the fault would automatically pay. They paid for tea and apologized, then shook hands and talked happily. The two sides sat down together again to drink tea and chat. Now the Huang family mansion has been restored into an ancient teahouse.
