Introduction to Ni's Prefecture: Ni's Prefecture is located in Wujia, facing east from the west. It was built in the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty (1891). The eight-character gatehouse is a three-bay gallery building with a brick and wood frame. It is built in the middle of the backward house. The eight-character gatehouse means "welcoming guests from all directions and attracting money from all directions." Mr. Ni Puzhai asked local carpenters to make the frame of this house from the wood given by the emperor in Fuzhou, Jiangxi. He then used ships to transport semi-finished products such as columns, beams, beams and stringers from Jiangxi back to the old street and assembled them together. In terms of craftsmanship, The mortise and tenon joint method and the wooden dowel fixing process are used, and not a single iron nail is used in the entire house, which fully demonstrates the breadth and essence of Huizhou architecture.
