Introduction to the portrait of Mrs. Yanshenggong: The portrait of Mrs. Yanshenggong is a unique group of cultural relics preserved in the Confucius Mansion. Portraits are divided into two types: portraits in clothes and small portraits. The statues of clothes and hats are mainly to meet the needs of sacrifices. The portraits are all in public clothes or ordinary clothes according to their rank, with python robes and jade belts, sitting upright, with dignified and solemn expressions, very solemn. The small statues are just for memory, so they are not as solemn and dignified as the statues in clothes. They may be in regular clothes or casual clothes, standing or sitting, leaning on a case, or leaning on a table, and have a strong atmosphere of life. These paintings were painted from the late Ming Dynasty to the early Republic of China. They were mostly made by folk painters and have a high artistic level. The contents of the portraits displayed in this garden are based on ancient paintings. They have been carefully organized and produced to meet visitors for the first time.
