Introduction to Kunlun Pass: Kunlun Pass is located in the southwest of Qinghai, in the middle section of the Kunlun Mountains, 160 kilometers south of Golmud City. It is the only place where the Qinghai-Tibet Highway passes through the Kunlun Mountains, and it is also a major pass on the Qinghai-Tibet Highway. It is named after the valley pass, also known as "Kunlun Mountain Pass". The Kunlun Pass is a desert landform in a permafrost area. The geological system is composed of complex metamorphic rocks that were strongly eroded in ancient times. There are hills and hills composed of Tertiary sediments in between. Plum, tiger claw grass, and other plateau frozen soil desert wild plants grow on the hillside valleys.
