Introduction to the Palace of Mirrors: The Palace of Mirrors is the most famous attraction in the castle. It was built by King Shah Jahan for Queen Taj. The outer walls of the palace are inlaid with about 900,000 glass lenses of various colors, as well as stones with gold and silver lines. The interior walls are made of white nephrite, and the arched dome is inlaid with countless gems and glass beads, which radiate bright brilliance under the afternoon sun. Unfortunately, Taj died a year before the Palace of Mirrors was completed, leaving behind a poignant love song.
