Introduction to the Arch of Severo: is the entrance to the Leptis Magna archaeological area. There is a doorway in the east, south, west and north of the door. The stone is mainly made of limestone, and the outside is decorated with marble reliefs and eaves. It is tall and exquisite and is a masterpiece of ancient Roman architecture. There is also a 3-meter-high stone tablet here, which states in Arabic and English that the archaeological area is protected by the United Nations World Heritage Committee.
