Introduction to the Martyr Yang Yanbin Memorial Pavilion and Memorial Pavilion: The Martyr Yang Yanbin Memorial Pavilion and Memorial Pavilion are located on the east side of the Martyrs Memorial Hall on the second floor of the cemetery. Martyr Yang Yanbin is one of the 62 famous martyrs in Zhejiang Province. He began to engage in underground revolutionary activities at the age of 17, joined the Communist Party of China at the age of 18, and served as the first county party secretary of Yuhuan County during the Anti-Japanese War at the age of 19. He was later transferred to Linhai County Party Committee Secretary, Taizhou Special Committee Northern Line Liaison and Sanmen County Commissioner. On July 17, 1942, Yang Yanbin was arrested in Haiyou Town, Sanmen County. He was tortured in prison and refused to tell the truth. He died in Linhai Prison in January of the following year at the age of 22. In order to forever commemorate him, the Yuhuan County Committee and County Government of the Communist Party of China built a memorial pavilion and monument for Martyr Yang Yanbin in the Yuhuan Martyrs Cemetery. The construction was completed in November 1988, leaving it for future generations to pay their respects, commemorate and learn from.
