Introduction to the Zhongyi Stone Archway: Mu's chieftain built a large-scale palace-style building complex. The stone archway in front of the Mufu Gate was built with white marble collected from the Jinsha River in Xiahutiao. It is 9 meters wide and 9 meters high. About 18 meters long, four stone pillars support the stele, rafters, eaves and roof of the archway. The plaque is engraved with the word "loyalty and righteousness" bestowed by Emperor Shenzong of the Ming Dynasty. This stone building with magnificent structure and exquisite carvings is famous far and wide. It is known among the people as "Dali Three Pagoda Temple and Lijiang Stone Archway". Unfortunately, it was demolished during the ten years of catastrophe of the Cultural Revolution.
