Introduction to Tianqi Temple: It is said that Tianqi Temple was built in the Tang Dynasty. Yu Ji, an accomplished Taoist cultivator, practiced here. It was rebuilt during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty but was destroyed during the Anti-Japanese War. However, the remaining monuments and relics of the building are clearly identifiable. There is a remnant stele with 12 characters inverted, "Rebuilding Dongyue Tianqi Temple, Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty", which is very clear. Around the ruins of the main hall, there are several ancient cypresses and ginkgo trees, which have gone through vicissitudes of life and are still lush and green. The current imitation Qing Dynasty building was built with a huge donation from Taiwanese celebrity Mr. Zhao Jingshan. Mr. Ouyang Zhongshi, a famous contemporary calligrapher, heard about it and happily wrote: "Dongyue Tianqi Temple". The building complex is antique, magnificent, simple and elegant in style, with a main hall and a side hall. There is a statue of "Emperor Dongyue" in the main hall; the side hall on the east side is the Yuanjun Temple, and there is a statue of Bixia Yuanjun, the daughter of "Emperor Dongyue". According to legend, the 28th day of the third lunar month is the Christmas day of "Emperor Dongyue", and there are also temple fairs among the people. On this day, Tianqi Temple is filled with incense and tourists gather.
