Introduction to Shaozhai Red Army Bridge: Shaozhai is located in Gaotun Town, Liping County, surrounded by mountains and rivers, with the Bazhou River passing by it. In front of the stockade, there are lush green fields, small bridges, flowing water, and swaying bamboo forests; behind the stockade, the virgin forest is lush and green. In December 1934, when the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army passed through Shaozhai on their long march, the original wooden bridge had been demolished by the puppet troops who fled after hearing the news. In order to allow the Red Army to cross the river smoothly, the villagers of Shaozhai braved the severe cold, lit torches, carried fir trees and planks from their homes, and worked with the Red Army to build the bridge overnight. Early the next morning, the Red Army troops continued to advance on this wooden bridge. Later, people called this bridge "Red Army Bridge".
