Introduction to the sculptures in the hall: In the hall stand the full-length bronze statues of Chen Yi, the commander of the Jiangnan Command, and Su Yu, the deputy commander. The purple curtain is inlaid with an inscription by Li Yimeng, former Secretary-General of the New Fourth Army and member of the Central Advisory Commission: "The power of Jiangnan lies in the nation."
