Introduction to the Liao Clan Ancestral Hall: The Gutian Conference site was originally the Liao Clan Ancestral Hall, also known as the Wanyuan Ancestral Hall. It was built in 1848 and is a courtyard-style building with a courtyard, front and rear halls, and left and right wing rooms: the back hall is the venue. , equipped with a rostrum and 5 rows of tables and chairs for representatives; the first room in the left wing is Comrade Mao Zedong’s office during the conference; the third room is Comrade Chen Yi’s office; Comrade Zhu De’s office is in the right wing.
In 1917, the first primary school in Gutian, "Hesheng Primary School", was established here; in May 1929, the Fourth Red Army entered Fujian for the second time and changed the name of "Hesheng Primary School" to "Shuguang Primary School"; in 1929 From December 28 to 29, 2019, the Ninth Congress of the Fourth Army of the Red Army of the Communist Party of China (i.e., the Gutian Conference) was successfully held at Shuguang Primary School. The "Gutian Conference Resolution" passed at the conference is a programmatic document for the construction of our party and our army. , became a milestone in the history of the Communist Party of China’s party and army building.
