Introduction to the stele of Zheng He's pilgrimage: In the fifteenth year of Yongle's reign in the Ming Dynasty (1417), Zheng He set up a commemorative stele of his pilgrimage. It is engraved with the inscription: "Zheng He, the eunuch of the Imperial Envoy, went to the Western countries such as Khrumos and other countries for official business. In the fifteenth year of Yongle's reign, On the 16th day of the year, I went here to pray for the blessings of the Holy Spirit."
