Introduction to immigration culture: The Immigration Museum is a two-story courtyard-style building with an area of ​​3,000 square meters. The gate has a four-column, three-bay, five-story facade, and a three-level dropped roof, which is beautiful in appearance. The name of the library was inscribed by Mr. Liu Yi, consultant of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. The museum displays the immigration history of Macheng over the past 500 years through pictures, objects, sound, light and electricity and other means. The museum is divided into three exhibition areas. The first one is the immigration exhibition area, which mainly displays the overview of Chinese immigrants who filled up Huguang in Jiangxi and Sichuan in Huguang. The second exhibition area is about Xiaogan Township, which includes the hometown of Xiaogan, the flow of memories, and the same roots. Each unit displays the historical origin of Xiaogan Township, historical testimonies, immigration sites, roots of Xiaogan Township, etc.; the third exhibition area is the immigrant pride, which mainly introduces Macheng's ancient immigrant heroes and modern immigrant elites.
