Introduction to Jiumen Gorge: Downstream of Yingyue Lake in Shimen Mountain, the valley is 1 km long. The cliffs in the valley are steep, the ditch is full of huge rocks, and rapids are rushing through it, forming waterfalls and pools. The nine narrow valley mouths resemble nine natural stone gates, so it is called "Nine Gates and Nine Chambers", or "Nine Gate Gorge" for short.
