Introduction to public libraries: Public Library (Medellin Public Library) is also called the Spanish Library. Like three irregularly cut "monolith" buildings, it is stunning and abrupt. The library was designed by Bogotá native architect Giancarlo Mazzanti and is a symbol and viewing platform of Medellín.
