Introduction to the Thousand Buddha Pagoda: The famous Thousand Buddha Pagoda, the iron pagoda was cast in the eighth year of Dabao in the Southern Han Dynasty (965). It was located in the Xiuhui Temple in the city at that time. The state officials in the Qing Dynasty moved it to the Qizhou Temple ( These two ancient temples have long since disappeared). The iron pagoda has seven floors, 4.2 meters high and 1.6 meters wide at the bottom. It is square in shape and has thousands of Buddhas cast on its body, hence the name Thousand Buddha Pagoda. Many people offered water and flowers.
