Introduction to Mingtang Mountain: Mingtang Mountain is named after it is said that when Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty consecrated the ancient Nanyue "Tianzhu Mountain", he set up a "Mingtang" to worship on this mountain. Folks know it because of its elegant and graceful mountain shape. Echoing the majesty and erectness of Tianzhu Mountain, and belonging to the same Anhui Province, only a hundred miles apart, there is a saying that "the two mountains are competing in length, and they meet each other", so Tianzhu Mountain is also called "Gongwan Mountain" and Mingtang Mountain is "Gongwan Mountain". "Mowan Mountain" is also called "Jigong Mountain" because there is a natural rooster pattern on the stone wall of the main peak, and the peaks looking from the north are shaped like rooster combs.
