Sergeyev's introduction: Sergeyev Posad (Сергиев Посад) means "Sergey's Village". The entire ancient city is built around the most magnificent monastery in Russia, "Trinity Monastery", where pilgrims gather. It was listed as a World Cultural Heritage in 1993. It is more than 60 kilometers away from Moscow and has convenient transportation. The frequently traveled light rail goes directly to the center of Moscow.
