It is divided into upper and lower floors and has an exhibition hall inside. , reading hall, audio-visual information hall, editing room, library, etc. The Zhou Enlai Library houses more than 10,000 volumes of Zhou Enlai's treatises, documents, photos, audio-visual materials, as well as books and periodicals introducing his life and thoughts. It is the first Zhou Enlai Library Materials Research Center in the country.
