Introduction to Lishui Street: Lishui Street is located in the southeast of Yantou Town. It is more than 300 meters long and has more than 90 stores. Each store is about 3 meters wide and 10 meters deep. They are all two-story buildings. Streets and lanes are 2 to 2.5 meters wide and covered with eaves to provide pedestrians with shade from the sun and rain. The street water embankment was built during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty. At that time, the local clan stipulated that only flowers, trees and pavilions could be built on the embankment, and houses and businesses were not allowed to be built. In the Qing Dynasty, the Changdi of Yantou Village became the only way for salt passengers. By the end of the Qing Dynasty, it developed into a commercial street that began to take shape.
