Introduction to Huayan Temple: Huayan Temple, also known as Huazang Temple, is one of the national key Buddhist temples in the Han area. It was founded in the fourth year of Kaibao in the Song Dynasty (971 AD). It was named after Shi Yuanbiao, a Goryeo monk in the Tang Dynasty. It is named after the "Huayan Sutra" is preached here. It is located at the southern foot of Shuangji Peak, the main peak of Zhiti Mountain, so it is also called "Zhiti Temple". In the Song Dynasty, the imperial court granted the names "Huayan Zen Temple" and "Yongxi Zen Temple" successively. In the Ming Dynasty, the imperial court also granted the names "Hua Zang Zen Temple" and "Wanshou Zen Temple". The temple is famous at home and abroad for its four major temple treasures.
