Introduction to "The Journey to the West" and the sculpture of the Red Army Trumpeter: American journalist Edgar Snow's world-famous book "The Journey to the West" is a beautifully written and highly documentary reportage work. It truly records what was seen and heard during on-the-spot interviews in the revolutionary base area in northwest my country (the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region with Yan'an as the center) from June to October 1936.
