Introduction to Preikstolen: Preikstolen is the most famous tourist attraction in Lysefjord. It is a huge rock with a height of 604 meters. It protrudes more than 30 meters from the continuous ridge, which is quite spectacular. Hundreds of thousands of tourists visit here every year. This rock is also one of the best places to overlook Lysefjord and appreciate the beauty of the fjord. The area of the rock plane is about 600 square meters. The hiking trail to Pulpit Rock is 3.8 kilometers long, with an ascent of approximately 330 meters from the starting point. There are red T-marks along the way. It takes about 4-5 hours to go back and forth from the starting point, moderate intensity.
