Introduction to the Old City: The Old City is located on the west side of the ancient city and is an administrative and cultural area. The streets in the entire area are narrow, and the buildings are mostly two-story tile-roofed buildings with floor-to-ceiling doors and windows and protruding balconies, with a strong Spanish style. The presidential palace and other important government agencies, major cultural institutions and shopping malls are located in the old city.
