Introduction to the Al-Khazneh Palace: The Al-Khazneh Palace (Al-Khazneh) is entirely carved from solid rock blocks on the mountain wall and is one of the most magnificent relics in ancient times. Built in the early years of the Christian era, its architectural features are typical of the late ancient Greek architectural style. The Hall of Haznach is also known as the "Treasury" because it is said to be the place where the wealth of the past kings of Petra was stored. The entire temple door is divided into two floors, and the eaves and beams are carved with fine patterns. The stone niches are carved with stone statues of angels, virgins and winged warriors. There are main halls and side halls in the palace, and original murals are still left on the stone walls.
