Introduction to the French Building: In 1896 (the 22nd year of Guangxu), China and France signed the "Regulations on China-Vietnam Border Training and Inspection", and both sides established an equivalent "Guangxi All-border Information and Information Supervision Office". The French side was in Lang Son He and Gaoping have set up counter-training supervision offices, and both sides have also set up nine sub-offices on the Guangxi-Vietnam border to be responsible for border diplomatic affairs and border security. This "French-style building" designed by French engineers and built in 1914 was the "Zhennanguan Training Branch" established by the Qing government in Pingxiang.
