Introduction to the Confucian Temple: Pingyao Confucian Temple is located in the southeast corner of Pingyao County. It was first built in the early years of Zhenguan in the Tang Dynasty. Its Dacheng Hall was rebuilt in the third year of Dading of the Jin Dynasty (1163). It has maintained its original appearance to this day and is one of the oldest buildings at all levels in my country. It is the oldest temple in the Confucian Temple. Pingyao Confucian Temple faces north and faces south. It is large in scale and well-regulated. It was officially opened to tourists in 2004 and has become one of the main cultural relics tourist attractions in Pingyao Ancient City.
