It is the fourth largest Guandi Temple in the country and the largest Guandi Temple in Jiangsu Province. It is known as "the Mansion of the Literary Saint Confucius in the north and the Wusheng Pass in the south". It is known as the "Temple" because of the "Three Matters of the Tuntu Mountain Pass Convention" in Chapter 25 of "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms".
