Introduction to the Mystic Villa: The Mystic Villa (Villa dei Misteli) is located in a mansion away from the ruins of Pompeii. The entire building has more than 60 rooms, and there are paintings depicting Dionysus (the god of wine in ancient Greek mythology). Frescoes of mystical rituals performed. It is said that worship of this god was popular in Pompeii at that time, and women usually came to worship this god in order to have children. The murals painted with the "Pompeii Red" technique fully demonstrate the superb artistic level of the time.
Note: Visiting the Mysterious Village should be arranged at the last stop of the ancient city tour, because you cannot return after leaving the city gate, and you need to purchase an additional ticket.
