Introduction to the Temple of the Heavenly King: The Temple of the Heavenly King is located behind the stele pavilion. It is five rooms wide and three rooms deep. It has a single eaves on the top of the mountain. In the middle of the hall sits the Budai monk, commonly known as the big-bellied Maitreya Buddha. He has a kind and honest image and a smile. Delightful. On both sides are statues of the four heavenly kings who protect the world.
