Introduction to Baihua Ancient Nunnery: Baihua Ancient Nunnery was built in the 40th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1612), and was expanded many times during the Kangxi period. The Dabei Pavilion in the nunnery was originally a place where monks collected antiques and books, and celebrities and bachelors often visited it. There is a historic site called "True Geysing Spring" in the nunnery. Shi Hao, a writer from the Song Dynasty, inscribed a stone tablet on it. Now that the spring has been abandoned, the tablet still exists in a residential area. It is the oldest existing tablet in Putuo Mountain.
