Introduction to Lianguang Pavilion: Lianguang Pavilion is located near the Pyongyang Bell in Datong Gate and is one of the "Eight Scenic Spots in Kansai". It was first built in the Goguryeo period and rebuilt in 1111. The pavilion was named Shanshui Pavilion. It was rebuilt again during the Joseon Dynasty and named "Yeongwangjeong" which means "a pavilion that has withstood the test of wind and rain".
