Introduction to stone carvings with inscriptions: The southwest, west and north walls of the main hall are inlaid with stone carvings of Four Seasons Landscapes (Spring Scenery has been lost) by Wang Wei, a famous poet and landscape painter of the Tang Dynasty, which were inlaid with stones during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty (1522- In 1566) Li Panlong, a famous poet who served as the prefect of Shunde Prefecture, had stone carvings with poems in Qingfeng Tower, and other Shunde officials in the Ming and Qing dynasties followed Li's poems and created a total of thirteen stone carvings with poems in Qingfeng Tower.
