Introduction to Zhan Pavilion: The pavilion in the center of the pool is called Zhan Pavilion. It was built by Li Hong, the governor of the river, and was inscribed with the word "Zhan Pavilion". This pavilion is a white building with voids. The top of the pavilion is in the shape of a two-story blue-gray pagoda, giving people the feeling of flying. In the thirteenth year of Daoguang's reign (1833), Lin Qing was appointed as the governor of the river. He inscribed a plaque on the Zhan Pavilion in the pool saying "Shui Mu Qing Hua", and the couplet on the pavilion pillars "Cloud shadows are empty, as if sitting in the sky, springs are stirring, and they are traveling from the ground". It can be seen that climbing the pavilion to view the scenery gives people a refreshing feeling.
