Introduction to the Longxing Temple Buddhist Statue Exhibition Hall: In October 1996, more than 400 Buddhist statues were unearthed at the Longxing Temple site south of the Qingzhou Museum, divided into seven categories: limestone, white marble, granite, pottery, iron, wood and clay. There are various textures, including Buddha, Bodhisattva, Hercules, Donors, Arhats, Flying Apsaras and other types. They are mainly high-relief back screen statues and single round sculptures. The gilded paintings on the statues are well preserved.
