Introduction to Qinglong Temple: Qinglong Temple is located on the east coast of Qionghai. It is the widest, deepest and clearest water area in Qionghai. It is a mysterious place with the most and most bizarre legends. Because of its high location and far away from the hustle and bustle, it is also a good place to enjoy the scenery and rest peacefully around Qionghai.
According to "Xichang County Chronicles", Qinglong Temple was built in the 45th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1617 AD) and was mainly dedicated to King Qinglong. It was destroyed by an earthquake in the 30th year of Daoguang reign in the Qing Dynasty (1850 AD). It was rebuilt in 1852 AD and rebuilt again in 2006 with large-scale expansion. It now consists of three parts: the temple complex, the viewing platform leisure area and the Xiaoqing River wild camping and leisure area.
