Introduction to the inscription of Yiai Pavilion: The Yiai Pavilion monument is 2300 cm long, 750 cm wide and 250 cm thick. There are 1109 characters in vertical regular script on the surface of the monument, which record the deeds of Cheng Dequan, the last general of Heilongjiang in the late Qing Dynasty, who stood up to protect the city with his own body at the critical moment when Sha was preparing to bombard Qiqihar with artillery, and swore to die to protect the people, showing his unyielding deeds.
