Introduction to the Lighthouse on the island: There is a lighthouse on the west side of the island, which is a landmark building on the island. The lighthouse was built in 1883 and was replaced with the largest air pressure fog horn in China in 1929. During the Liberation War, the lighthouse was destroyed and later rebuilt in 1950. Its main function is to provide navigational services for ships from Chengshantou to Qingdao Port.
