Introduction to Pushkin's sculptures: Opposite Pushkin's former residence, there is a bronze statue of Pushkin and his wife Natalia, known as "Russia's most beautiful woman", walking hand in hand. The statue was cast in 1999, the 200th anniversary of Pushkin's birth.
The statues are basically created according to the original appearance of the two people. Pushkin is wearing a tuxedo, looking chic and romantic, while Natalya is wearing a wedding dress and has a beautiful face. The happy expressions on their faces seem to record the wedding that year.
