Scenery introduction: Dense forests composed of pine, spruce, white birch and poplar grow along the shores of Lake Baikal. Here there are crisscrossing rivers, lush plant growth and high coverage. Known as one of the natural wonders of Lake Baikal, the stilt trees have roots that sprout from the ground, and adults can freely pass under them.
