Introduction to the Palace of Flags: Palace of Flags is the Sao Paulo State Government Building. It was officially opened as a government office on March 30, 1970. Its magnificent building was originally intended to be used to open the "Count Francisco Madarazo Foundation" university, but due to funding problems, it was not successfully opened.
