Mosque introduction: The Great Mosque is another popular place in Sarajevo. The former Yugoslav movie "Walter Defends Sarajevo" was filmed here. In the film, the guerrilla soldier Shedd fell in front of the mosque after a fierce battle with the German invaders. The scene of a flock of wild pigeons flying into the sky is unforgettable and impressive.
