Entrance introduction: Syri i Kalter (Blue Eye in English) is located in a valley about 20 kilometers away from Sarandë. It is a very famous tourist attraction. During Hoxha's reign, this place was a place exclusively for the entertainment of red dignitaries, and ordinary people were not allowed to come.
