Introduction to Lingyu Guanyin: The white jade Guanyin in the "middle hall" of Yuantong Hall is the original image of "Lingyu Guanyin". The Jade Buddha is 2.1 meters high and is carved from 2.96 tons of white jade from Qiemo, Xinjiang. The prototype is enlarged and made based on the Yuan Dynasty porcelain "Guanyin Sitting on the Rock", a national treasure collected in the Capital Museum. Rich, exciting and atmospheric, it is the treasure of the temple. Together with Hangzhou Lingyin Temple and Wuxi Lingshan Giant Buddha, it is also known as the "Three Spirits" of Chinese Buddhism.
