Introduction to Luwan Campus (School of Medicine): It is located at No. 227 Chongqing South Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai. It is divided into east and west parts by the north-south elevated road. The west part is mainly the teaching area, and the east part is mainly the dormitory building. The campus is bounded by Sinan Road to the west, Hefei Road to the north, and Tamsui Road to the east. There is also the Catholic Church of St. Peter on the north side of the west end of the current campus. The campus was originally the campus of Catholic Aurora University. In 1952, after the adjustment of departments, it became the campus of Shanghai Second Medical University. In 2000, after the Second Medical University merged with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to establish Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, the campus became Shanghai Jiao Tong University Luwan Campus.
