Introduction to the Notre Dame Basilica: The Notre Dame Basilica of Sheshan is a Catholic church located in the north of the top of the mountain and is a landmark building in Sheshan. It was first built in the 10th year of Tongzhi, and was renovated and expanded from May 14th to November 24th, with a construction area of 1,400 square meters. It is the "first cathedral in the Far East" and the first cathedral in Southeast Asia.
