Introduction to Chishang Thatched Cottage: Chishang Thatched Cottage was built in the first year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty and is the central building of the inner garden. It is famous both at home and abroad for its water-stone monastery, ancient trees and famous flowers. The whole building is soaring over the pond, majestic, simple and elegant. There are towering trees in front of the hall, and inside the hall there is a plaque of "The Story of Xiangshan" written by the calligrapher Mr. Hu Wensui, as well as ancient tables, chairs, and coffee tables from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. To the southeast of the lotus leaves in the pond, the fragrance of flowers comes in bursts, which seems to have a poetic feeling of its own.
