At that time, Caixi achieved outstanding results in democratic governance, cadre work style, and economic construction, becoming the first model district in the Soviet area. This is also the main reason why the chairman visited Caixi three times and made a special trip to Caixi in late November 1933 to summarize and promote the people's experience in building a revolutionary base in Caixi.
